About Atelier Replique

Atelier Replique is my side project and an essential part of my perfumery training. Much like musicians who learn to create their own music by first studying and recreating the works of others, I analyze the original formulas of well-known fragrances and try to recreate them as accurately as possible using the very same ingredients. This method has proven to be one of the most effective ways to learn, especially considering that perfumery is one of the most mysterious, expensive, and hard-to-master crafts, with very little accessible information available to the public.

At first, I was simply gifting my replicas to friends and family, but eventually, people started reaching out to order them. This webpage is my calling card — here you’ll find everything you need to know about my work, the fragrances I recreate, and perfumery in general.

Formulas

Each Atelier Replique compound is recreated using a formula based on gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis, a method that breaks down any fragrance composition into its molecular components. As of today, this technology offers the highest level of accuracy available, making it possible to reproduce a scent with 90–99% similarity to the original.

Raw Materials

High-quality raw materials are what set me apart from many Arabic brands specializing in dupes and cheap counterfeit bottles from markets or subway crossings. These replicas usually aim for the lowest possible cost and the highest possible profit. In my case, it’s all about scientific curiosity — I don’t limit myself by budget or final concentration.

To recreate a fragrance from a niche or luxury brand, you have to use the same high-quality ingredients these brands rely on. Fortunately, 99% of the same materials used by professional perfumers are available to us on the open market. Over the years, I’ve built a solid palette of top-tier ingredients — materials that don’t just match the quality of those used by Tom Ford, Dior, or Chanel, but can even compete with renowned houses like Amouage, Creed, or Roja Dove.
