Stylistically, Amyris Homme is similar to Aventus Cologne, as it also plays on the already familiar masculine blue fragrance theme, but in a niche wrapping. A strong block of dihydromyrcenol, tonka beans, and aldehydes forms the core style, adorned with such beautiful and costly natural ingredients as nagarmotha oil, Florentine iris, and neroli. Yes, the “Amyris” here is really only in the name, with about 0.30% of amyris oil in the formula.

The fragrance was originally designed as a universal masculine crowd-pleaser, and accordingly it boasts excellent projection and longevity.
